KVANTS is a web development team based in the Rēzekne region. We handle design and frontend as well as backend and infrastructure ourselves. We build websites, online stores and custom web solutions for businesses across Latvia.
Who we are
KVANTS is a small web development studio in Rēzekne district, Latvia. We build the design, frontend, backend and infrastructure ourselves — you talk to the same person who builds your project. That is why our projects have few misunderstandings: there is nobody the information has to be passed on to.
Most of our clients are small and medium Latvian businesses: construction, manufacturing, trade, services, education. We also work with clients outside Latvia, mainly in English.
We are not the biggest in Latvia and have no ambition to be. Our advantage lies elsewhere: the decisions are made by the same people who work on the project, so everything moves fast, without chains of approval.

How large is the team?
KVANTS is a small team: the design and development are done by the same people who lead the project. For larger volumes we bring in trusted partners.
Where are you based?
We are based in Rēzekne district but work with clients across Latvia and beyond. Most collaboration happens online, which clients usually find more convenient.
Which technologies do you use?
Depending on the task: WordPress and Drupal for content sites, WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop and OpenCart for stores, Python and JavaScript for systems with integrations.
Do you work in other languages?
Yes. We work in Latvian, Russian and English, and build sites with multiple language versions.
What if another developer already built the site?
We take it on. First we review the code, the data and the content, then we say what can be improved, what we would advise against and what it will cost.
