Tildes Jumis integration
We connect your online store, CRM or another system to Tildes Jumis so orders, invoices, stock levels and bank statements move automatically — with no double entry and no errors that come with it.
What integration with Tildes Jumis does in practice
Tildes Jumis is one of the most widely used accounting and business management systems in Latvia. If your online store, CRM or another system runs separately from it, every order and invoice has to be retyped by hand — and that is exactly where errors, delays and wasted time appear.
Integration means the systems talk to each other: an order placed in the online store automatically becomes an invoice in Tildes Jumis, stock levels are synchronised in both directions, and bank statements are matched to the right documents.
We build these connections to order — both between popular platforms and between your own custom systems. The scope depends on how many processes need to be connected and how unusual the data flow is.
Which processes can be automated
The scope of an integration is always open for discussion. It often makes sense to start with the two or three processes that currently consume the most manual work, and add the rest later.
- Orders from the online store automatically become sales invoices in Tildes Jumis with the correct customer, products and prices.
- Stock levels move in both directions: a sale in the store reduces the balance in Jumis, and balance changes in Jumis are visible in the store.
- A new customer registering in the store is created in Jumis as well, and existing customers are not duplicated.
- Incoming bank payments are matched to the corresponding invoices, so your accountant does not have to hunt for which invoice was paid.
- Delivery method, parcel locker and payment status travel together with the order.
- Invoices prepared so they can also be sent electronically where partners require it.
What it changes in day-to-day work
The main benefit is not only saved working time. When data is not entered twice, most of the sources of error disappear as well: wrong prices, forgotten invoices, stock counts that disagree between systems.
Accounting receives data the same day rather than at the end of the month when documents have piled up. That means less rush at month-end closing and fewer questions from your accountant.
The same applies to sales data: when orders reach Jumis automatically, you see the real picture of turnover and stock rather than data that lags a week behind.
When integration matters most
Integration pays off fastest when order volume exceeds what the team can process by hand, when stock in the store and in accounting do not match, or when several sales channels all have to feed one set of books.
If sales volume is still small, it is often cheaper to start with a simpler connection — for example, just moving orders and invoices — and expand later. The same applies if the systems are still changing and the data structure has not settled.
What determines the scope and the timeline
The main factor is how ready both systems are for data exchange. If the store or CRM exposes an API, the connection can be built directly and predictably.
If there is no API, a solution is still possible — through data export, intermediate files or at the database level — but the scope and the risks then need closer assessment, and we do that as a separate research step.
Other factors include synchronisation frequency, data volume, whether historical data must be migrated, and how many edge cases need handling (returns, partially paid invoices, multiple warehouses).

A development plan before work starts and a fixed project price. No upfront payment for small jobs.
Direct contact
You talk directly to the developer, not a project manager. Faster decisions, fewer misunderstandings.
How we work
1. Research
We review both systems, the data structure and which processes are currently done by hand.
2. Plan
We define which data is synchronised, in which direction and how often, and agree on the scope.
3. Development
We build the connection, respecting the logic and limits of both systems.
4. Testing
We check typical and difficult cases: returns, partially paid invoices, multiple warehouses.
5. Launch
We start with a small volume, watch the result, and then switch on the full flow.
Frequently asked questions
Is integration possible with any online store?
Yes, if the system offers a way to exchange data — an API, a data export or database access. If it does not, a solution is still possible, but it has to be assessed separately.
Will data be lost if synchronisation is interrupted?
We build the solution so failed operations are retried and it is always visible what has been synchronised and what has not. It also prevents the same order from entering the system twice.
What happens to data that already exists?
Before launch we reconcile the opening state of customers, products and stock levels so both systems start from the same point.
Can only part of the processes be connected?
Yes. We often start with orders and invoices, and add stock and bank statement synchronisation later.
Does Tildes Jumis itself need to be changed?
Usually not. The connection works with what the system already provides. If a specific process needs changes on the Jumis side, we agree that separately and before work starts.
Who maintains it after launch?
After launch you can maintain it yourself, or take out a maintenance agreement. Both systems are updated from time to time and the connection has to be adapted — within a maintenance agreement we do that.
How long does it take?
The timeline is set by the research step, because it depends on how ready both systems are for data exchange and on how many processes are involved. We give a firm timeline after the research, not before.
